Summary
Smart Apartment Solutions is seeking experienced leasing professionals with experience in the Property Management Industry.
As a Leasing Agent, you are the first step in creating a sense of community for current and prospective residents. You are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and using your sales skills to convert property tours to leases. Consider this role as the first line of defense for the property manager.
This position reports to the property manager and requires strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.

• Sell/Lease apartment inventory
• Greet prospective residents and work with current residents to resolve concerns and submit service requests
• Assist with community events and resident retention
• Answer the phone and maintain organized and proper filing systems
• Oversee and ensure the accurate completion of application and lease paperwork
• Adhere to marketing campaigns as needed
• Assist the Property Manager to ensure compliance with all resident files

Education Level
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
Must Haves

• Minimum of 6 months' experience within the Multifamily Industry
• Property Management software knowledge such as Yardi, OneSite (or equivalent property management software, and BlueMoon
• Assist the Property Manager to ensure compliance with all resident files
• Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers and customers
• Assist with community events and resident retention
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
• Ability and desire to jump in and assist with other community projects
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work weekends
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability

Good To Have

• CALP (Certified Apartment Leasing Professional)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Customer Service background
