Through a global team of writers, we will work together to produce information with the aim of creating an informative environment that will not only encourage innovation but also fuels the need to bring more quality content.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the news director, reporters, and other news anchors to be briefed on the day’s news
• Engage in commentary
• Introduce news correspondents reporting on the scene and ask them relevant questions
• Revise scripts and prepare to deliver them on-air
• Interview guests and other members involved in particular stories
• Organize the news to present the most interesting pieces first
• Keep abreast of news developments by studying papers, attending events, etc.
• Research local community, state, national, and international current events
• Stay in contact with industry professionals
• Comply with the moral code of the journalistic profession
• Ensure late-breaking news is added to newscasts
• Collaborate with the news director to choose stories to broadcast considering audience preferences

.Call for Internship

TheSocialTalks are now open for internships and we welcome all the students who wish to spread their wisdom through words.

Stipend: UNPAID

DURATION: Minimum TWO Months

After the successful completion of the internship, the interns will be rewarded with the LOI - Letter of Internship and a well-drafted recommendation letter (Depending on performance) for their future quests.
