Job Description
Summary The Analytics & Dashboards Analyst will play a key role in turning complex data into simple and intuitive dashboards that effectively display key metrics and actionable insights for stakeholders across regional, departmental, and senior leadership groups. The ideal candidate will have the ability to solve problems independently and work cross-functionally under tight deadlines, all while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of evolving business challenges. Being highly engaged, ambitious and organized is a must for this role. This role will be part of a team and will report into the Manager, KPI Analytics & Insights.


PLEASE NOTE: Location - Remote/Flexible.


Essential Responsibilities


  • Implement automated data connections where possible to deliver consolidated findings from various data sources.
  • Build, deliver, and maintain compelling dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics, trends and actionable insights to support strategic decision making for HR Partners and Business initiatives.
  • Educate key stakeholders on accessing and using dashboards and supplementary reporting
  • Focus on continuous improvement with Lean methods and Agile impetus.
  • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to fully understand needs. Standardize and implement analytics across dashboard solutions, including enhanced tools and process improvements that facilitate self-service capabilities supporting HR Partners within the Business.
  • Provide dashboards and analysis to leadership and other stakeholders covering areas such as KPIs and metrics, compliance, talent, and other HR functional areas to help drive business decisions and identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
  • Investigate irregularities within data sources and work cross-functionally to diagnose, correct, and/or explain any deviations or inconsistencies.
  • Translate complex analytics and findings into digestible stories that identify key business implications.


Qualifications/Requirements


  • Direct experience in quantitative data validation, visualization, analysis and interpretation with multinational companies or large corporations at corporate/regional/global level.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of professional work experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Business, Finance or Lean/Six Sigma.


Desired Characteristics


  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word applications
  • Ability to effectively engage and influence wide range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow process with great detail and accuracy
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
  • Detail and numerical orientated with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and experience on protecting sensitive data.
  • Good eye for design and aesthetics as it relates to data and information sharing
  • Experience gathering, consolidating and visualizing data from a variety of sources
  • Familiarity with Lean and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to use data, analytics, and business knowledge to solve complex business problems.
