Position: Dedicated Sales Team Concierge
Job Overview:
GreenSky is seeking a Sales Concierge to actively manage and drive growth, service and provide Dealer satisfaction. These relationships will be with Dealers, Merchants and/or Retailers who offer GreenSky consumer financing to their customers. The Concierge will utilize many tools to contact and ensure program activation, and reinforce how GreenSky financing can increase their sales and delight their customers.
We are looking for an individual who has a strong customer focus, an ability to be consultative and an orientation toward driving results and growing business. Based on daily interaction the Concierge will identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the company. This individual will be a part of an industry vertical team (as outlined above) and will work very closely with the sales team to support the transition, training and implementation for every new relationship, with the responsibility to nurture and grow the business following the sale. The ideal candidate will have existing relationship management and sales experience.

Organizational: This position reports to the Vice-President of Program Initiatives
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct and lead training and enrollment activities to ensure readiness to use GreenSky
- Support the sales team to ensure smooth transition of merchants
- Maintain proactive relationship and growth strategies within a designated client portfolio
- Develop a strong understanding of the key vertical(s) and knowledge of the client's industry
- Utilize all tools provided (tel., email, merchant portal, etc.) for frequent connection and support
- Manage your activity and processes within Salesforce.com
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or similar; good grasp of figures and/or financing terms
- Proven track record of success and ability to detail your success
- Ability to consult, question and diagnose a client’s needs and follow through to resolution
- 3-5+ years Sales and/or relationship management experience; preferably within financing or payments space in a quota bearing position
- Experience in Salesforce.com. Experience in Construction or Finance a plus.
- Strong disposition to deliver a professional, positive image over the phone
