Analyst (Laboratory Research) - W2 Candidate Require

Business Analyst

Location - Devens, MA

Duration - 6 Months

W2 candidates require

50% Onsite 50% remote

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and articulate the value of technical solutions
• Lead the generation of key deliverables, as per initiative-specific requirements (e.g., Go/No-Go deck, Workflows, RFI/RFP material)
• Identify, prioritize, and perform business analysis activities (e.g., current state analysis, future state ideation, requirements documentation) for key products and initiatives related to Digital Laboratories (e.g: ELN, LIMS)
• Drive technical solutions through to successful completion, including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and change management processes
• Build and maintain successful relationships with key stakeholders across Biologics Development to ensure IT projects are supported and successfully delivered.
• Document and present findings and requirements (e.g., user stories) across audiences, including technical delivery team, IT leadership, and BD stakeholders
• Liaise with ITBPs, other BAs, BD stakeholders, and the delivery team to iteratively communicate requirements and facilitate feedback generation and sharing

Qualifications & Experience

• B.S. or M.S. in a relevant Life Sciences, technical, or Engineering domain.
• Experience developing and documenting business requirements and acceptance criteria for IT projects.
• Experience working with ELN and / or LIMS products is desired
• 3-5+ years’ experience in a life sciences research laboratory setting or consulting setting.
• Experience with documenting hypotheses, requirements, and experimental outcomes.
• Established record of partnership between scientific and technological roles to create digital solutions.
