Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to manage the in-stock and inventory levels of corporate supplies, equipment and fixtures. Additionally, the position will execute all facets of item integrity associated with these items in both the Rite Aid and BE item systems.
Job Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:

  • Provide miscellaneous administrative support to the Director. 5%
  • Ensure that all Coordinators are following departmental policies and procedures regarding PO creation, Millennium entries and invoice approval. 5%
  • Provide miscellaneous analytical reports to the Director as needed. 10%
  • Interact with vendors and Expense A/P to resolve invoice discrepancies. 5%
  • Analyze stock status reports and interact with Buyers in order to manage in-stock and inventory levels of supply items in DC’s. 35%
  • Execute all item maintenance in both the Rite Aid system including the set up of new items, document process in accordance with SOX requirements and maintain SOX documentation for IPG team. 10%
  • Follow up with vendors and dc’s on short dated deliveries to ensure timely delivery of product, and resolve any discrepancies on partial or overdue deliveries. 15%
  • Resolve receiving discrepancies by interacting with inbound managers and inventory control managers at the DC’s. 10%
  • Create purchase orders and invoices for direct store deliveries on Coupa as needed. 5%

This position currently has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualification Requirements

To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required.
  • 1 year of experience in Purchasing required.

The typical starting pay range for this position is between $23.20 - $29.05 per hour, although wages can very based on experience and geography.
