We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Analyst, Business Intelligence with the Business Intelligence Department. This position will support our Footprint Center Business Intelligence team and will support the strategic decision-making processes of the organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify data sources and understand their business needs, and using various tools and technologies to extract, transform, and load data into a centralized repository.
What Will You Do

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that data is accurate and up to date.
• Gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders to understand their data needs and use cases.
• Identifying and sourcing relevant data sources and coordinating with data owners to gain access to the data.
• Crafting and creating dashboards, reports, and other visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Loading data into a centralized repository such as a data warehouse or business intelligence platform.
• Extracting, cleaning, and transforming data using tools such as SQL and ETL processes.
• Analyzing data to extract insights and provide recommendations to stakeholders.

What We Need From Our Analyst

• Well-versed in cross-functional communication with multiple stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and provide insights.
• Proficient level of understanding with SQL.
• Intermediate level of understanding with Data Analysis.
• Proficient level of understanding with Data Warehousing.
• Proficient level of understanding with Tableau.
• Comfort working with large and complex datasets.
• Beginner level of understanding with Python.

Experience/ Education Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's Degree in applicable field (Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business).
• 1-2 years of experience utilizing SQL and other Analytics' platforms.
