As a Rehab Director with AgeSTRONG, you will be responsible for directing the physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology professionals, as well as administrative and/or wellness support staff on their team to successful caseload development, clinical service delivery and fiscal management.

Additional job duties include:
- Ensure orientation and ongoing training occurs for all staff including AgeSTRONG Competencies, Development Plans, and the training and integration of Clinical Programs.
- Participate in staff recruitment and hiring process
- Promote and coordinate Vitality Check Points including Personal Fitness Training, Wellness Classes, Vitality Health Fair, Health Talks, Open Houses, etc.
- Inspire others by creating engaging, positive, and challenging experiences while providing honest and appropriate developmental feedback.
- Achieving targeted outcomes related compliance, client satisfaction, clinical and financial results
- Networking, marketing and relationship development with community and physician referral sources

- Certification/Licensure: Valid state licensure in work location.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license for state of residence if driving during paid work hours.
- Technology: Able to utilize Outlook to view and respond to emails; capable of efficient use of electronic documentation
- Experience: Experience working in an adult out-patient clinic or skilled nursing setting
- Education: Graduate from accredited education program with the appropriate degrees in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant.
