Afternoon Childcare Teacher 15/Hr

Summary

We are looking for a Monday thru Friday individual to work in the afternoon with 2/3 yr olds.

This is a 3 OR 4 hr a day position, off by 6pm.

You would have evenings and weekends off.

On the job training

Duties

Be present and focus on the children

Communicate with the morning teacher about any happenings of the day

Get the children up from nap

Routine Care

Serve and clean up afternoon snack

Read to them, sing with them and play with them

Supervise outside playground time

Communicate daily with parents at pickup

Requirements

Provide a copy of a High School Diploma or GED

Be able to pass a criminal record check

Read, write and converse in English

Ability to get up and down on the floor with children

Communication is vital

Work in a team setting

Nice To Haves

Someone that if flexible and can multitask
