After School Coordinator Antioch

We are seeking a committed and passionate After School Program Coordinator to design a program that includes academic, enrichment and physical activities for 3 Antioch Elementary Schools (Schools will be announced during interview).

• 35-40 hours a week (Typical work hours are from 11:00 am - 6:30 pm)
• Pay rate: $26-$28 an hour

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to work effectively with diverse district/school staff, students, parents, and community members
• 1 year experience as a supervisor and proven ability to lead a team
• 3 years experience in a K-12 setting or other youth lead program
• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years college (minimal 48 college units) with 2 years related experience
• Available Monday through Friday 11:00 am - 6:30 pm)

Responsibilities:

• Meeting agency and district recording requirements: attendance, payroll, and compliance
• Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation, supervision, and safety of the program at the school site
• Create, plan, and facilitate engaging enrichment and physical activities for students
• Coaching and mentoring of staff
• Promote a safe and positive emotional climate in the classroom, the campus, and your team
