Admission RN - ACC-Pre-Admission TestingDescription: Work in conjunction with referring physicians to help ensure appropriate admissions to the unit Perform initial assessment with patient and family Assist with the development and implementation of initial Plan of Care Ensure continuity of care throughout the admissions process Ensure documentation is in accordance with established standards and procedures Assist in the review/revision of policies and procedure related to the admissions process Attend interdisciplinary team meetings Participate in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement activities Provide staff education on the admissions process and any changes that are implemented Responsibilities: Current GA RN license or license eligible BSN preferred Nursing experience preferred Perks/Benefits: (for eligible employees): Have optimal opportunity for career growth within our growing organization Medical / Dental Retirement Plan PTO and paid life insurance What Sets Us Apart Archbold Medical Center is a four-hospital, three nursing-home health system with 540 patient beds.
