About This Position


Lead HPD marketing team in strategy creation, implementation and reporting overseeing staff of two being responsible for achievement and reporting.Work with management and senior leadership to create robust plans, budget and metrics for marketing, advertising and public relations activities that promote HPD brand, human stories, technology advancement, racing and performance products and connection to American Honda marketing campaigns and products (especially products branded with HPD accessories, parts and/or packages)Managemarketing and content creation agencies and other external partners to develop campaigns that promote the HPD brand and product sales to targeted audiences with measurable KPI’s Proactively manage HPD brand messaging within HPD, to American Honda and Honda Motor as well as externally to customers and fans.


Responsibilities Include


  • Social Media Management: Create plan, and oversee execution of HPD social channels to increase HPD followers, maintain high engagement rates to drivebrand awareness and affinity, product sales and HPD brandattributes.
  • Licensing Management : Managelicensing and merchandising programs for HPD brand.Overseecreative for merchandise collections to achieve consistency, exposure and financial achievement measurements. Drive sales and exposure initiatives in line with AHM.
  • Advertising Planning: Develop call to action oriented advertising plans, and oversee the execution of advertising plans to support HPD Commercial productstoward achieving sales goals.Work with development teams, program management, planning and sales functions to set sales objectives.
  • Marketing Strategy : Develop, Plan, execute and oversee execution of HPD marketing programs within determined budget.Manage team and support members in creation and execution of the marketing strategy.
  • HPD Brand Management: Develop HPD brand strategy toward increased awareness and affinity, lead creative brand development and evolution and maintain consistent application of HPD brand messaging across allprograms and platforms.to add motorsports vitality to Acura and Honda brands through HPD external presentation (race car branding, teamLead creative aspects of HPD brand application to teams, uniforms and factory appearance concept.


Who We Are Seeking


Required Work Experience:


  • Experience with standard sales & marketing concepts and proven skills to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Can handle confidential information.
  • Requires accuracy and attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to build long- term relationships with partners and customers
  • 5 years of marketing, website management and/or social media experience, preferably in motorsports.
  • At least 2 years experience leading a project team.


Required Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Market Research
