Main Purpose of Job
POSITION DUTIES
- Implement and evaluate the various out-of-school-time curriculum that integrates culturally responsive approaches and best practices;
- Analyze and monitor programmatic data for ongoing program improvement;
- Evaluate program progress and outcomes; conduct ongoing assessment of staff needs and performance;
- Select, monitor, and mentor part-time instructors; Model professional and pedagogical practices for instructors and staff;
- Identify, train and schedule existing and new museum tour Docents;
- Implement and communicate BDM program policies and procedures;
- Collaborate with the BDM team and community partners to ensure the quality of BDM programs;
- Identify potential new partnerships for BDM out-of-school time and youth & family programming;
- Network with the out-of-school time community to stay abreast of trends, practices, and the evolving field.
