Job Description
What We’re Looking For


Travelpro is seeking an Administrative Support Supervisor to join Operations team! The ideal candidate will have management experience, distribution and transportation knowledge, and strong verbal and written communication skills.


What You’ll Do
  • Develop cost estimates
  • Report generation and review shipment discrepancies (i.e., shortages, claims, damages etc.)
  • Arranges and schedules all domestic and international outbound transportation and carriers
  • Research inventory discrepancies and correct as necessary. Research and report to appropriate individuals on the history of each discrepancy
  • Counts and reconciles all chosen part numbers and/or locations
  • Daily shipment confirmation
  • Set and monitor scheduling timelines
  • Must learn with the ability to perform the functions of each administrative position.
  • Transportation (Admin Oversight)
  • Analyze production expectations and delays
  • Returns (Admin Oversight)
  • Inventory (Admin Oversight)
  • Compiles, verifies and reports periodic statistical information to management regarding trends in customer escalations
  • Works with customer service to resolve any issues
  • Complete inventory adjustments for various reasons, (kits, damages, discrepancies, samples, etc)
  • Processes returns daily
  • Maintain inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs
  • Preparation of all shipping documentation required for domestic and international processing
  • (Other duties may be assigned accordingly)
  • Acts as liaison between distribution center with customer service team


What You’ll Need


  • Solid knowledge of warehouse/distribution operations, regulatory inventory processes and practices; good analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Manufacturing/Distribution experience highly desired.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Creativity and ability to deal well with ambiguity
  • The ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • The ability to multi-task while possessing strong analytical and practical skillset
  • College degree preferred, but not required.
  • Self-direction
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience working in a distribution administrative support function or relevant area.
  • Microsoft Office Suites and Excel advanced proficiency
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment
