You will serve as a Business Management Specialist for the IT Procurement Office in the Mission Support Directorate.

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. To qualify for GS-12, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level: supporting the internal and external operations of an organization (e.g., tracking daily financial, communication, and technical accomplishments; solving business related problems; training customers on organizational processes); facilitating customer needs to meet their goals; and assisting with the creation of new insights into situations and applying innovative solutions to problems and/or designing new methods. To qualify for GS-13, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level: assisting with managing the internal and external operations of an organization (e.g., tracking daily financial, communication, and technical accomplishments; solving business related problems; training customers on organizational processes); integrating performance, operations and performance goals with budget and financial resources; partnering with customers to meet their goals; and developing new insights into situations and applying innovative solutions to problems and/or designing new methods.
