We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events. Compensation
$20 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity Purchase office equipment when appropriate Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities Qualifications:Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs About Company
