We are looking to fill a position in Northern Michigan, administrative assistant/customer service. We provide point of sale systems. merchant services and gift/loyalty programs to many different types of businesses across Michigan. The person we are looking to take over this position would need to be the poster child for customer service and patience. This person would need to be able to multitask and be able to see a task from start to finish, from proofing our marketing pieces to setting up new accounts, going onsite to help customers fix their equipment or just drop off supplies, travel would be expected up to 90 minutes away when needed. This person needs to have thick skin and be able to not get frazzled when things are not going as planned. We use Salesforce CRM, Constant Contact, Office 365 and Ring Central as our main components in the office.
Responsibilities
Handling the daily emails/calls/text from customers looking for answers to their questions, reviewing and submitting applications to get new accounts set up, delivering of supplies to local customers within 90 minutes from Petoskey, willingness to go out and help customers after hours or weekends, updating the CRM program, working with the graphics team to make sure we hit our deadlines on marketing, follow up on leads that come in from the website to get more details what they are looking for, have to be comfortable on the phone talking with customers and vendors.
Qualifications
Reliable transportation, Driver's License, No Criminal Records, High School Diploma, Willingness to learn this position has a lot to know about it, so you need to be willing to learn and the ability to retain what you learn. Everyday things are changing so you want to be able to manage all the moving parts.
