Responsibilities
Provide secretarial and clerical assistance in support of
  • Develop, implement and maintain business unit procedures
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individual
  • Manager/Director
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying, office supplies
  • Maintain accurate filing system (paper and/or electronic
  • Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email
  • Reserve meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take message
  • Compose emails and review communications
  • Mentor/train others
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendar

  • Individual responsibilities may vary by role
  • May support various levels of leadership based on department structure and business needs of departments or business units
  • Position may require supporting more than one leader or a large department

This is a hybrid position; competitive candidates must reside within 100 miles of one of the following:

Compensation:
Starting pay is $22.75 per hour ($45,841.25 annually).

Qualifications
We Are Looking for Candidates With:
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with Section Managers and Peers
  • 1+ years with secretarial experience supporting Leadership
  • A strong aptitude for Microsoft Excel
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
