Administrative Assistant - Fleet and Garage


Part-time Assistant working 5 hour shifts Monday through Thursday weekly.


Duties & Responsibilities


Assists with planning, administering, implementing, and maintaining company asset (primarily fleet and facilities) programs to assure the highest possible degree of organization and efficient use of company resources.


Maintain garage location and cost center information by ensuring those elements are properly identified and consistent in each vehicle database.


Assist with work order entries into Equipment software tracking system


Assist with renewal, research and or resolve issues related to registrations, Inspection, and license plates.


Assist the Facilities Maintenance Coordinator as needed to organize data, compile reports and interface with third party companies for maintenance, repair, and equipment.


Administrative Assistant Requirements


Knowledge of office management systems and procedures


Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work


Attention to detail and problem-solving skills


Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Familiar with Microsoft programs including Excel, Outlook and Word.
