Administrative Assistant, Casting - Animation Series

This individual will support the Animation Series Casting team and work closely with both internal Netflix cross-functional teams and partner-managed productions. This assistant will provide administrative support to the department head, logistical and data entry support for relevant casting information, and coordinate with various cross-functional partners to ensure a premium experience for Netflix productions, hired voice directors, external casting directors and voice talent throughout the entirety of the series casting process.
Responsibilities Will Also Include But Are Not Limited To

• Research and collect material for talent pitches including voice demos, theatrical reels, film and tv clips, agency one-sheets, etc.
• Manages calendar for the department head while organizing team specific meetings
• Assist with any ad hoc talent relations duties as needed (including gifting)
• Responsible for preparing any material including presentations, memos, and decks for internal syncs
• Support audition process (including, but not limited to, drafting audition material, listening to auditions, scheduling callbacks, collecting/organizing files, editing audio, etc.)
• Working and aligning with internal cross-functional teams at Netflix, including but not limited to Business & Legal Affairs, Content, Accounting, Labor, Post, and Production Execs.
• Creating and updating forms, templates and tracking sheets to increase overall workflow efficiency for series productions
• Responsible for submitting expenses on behalf of the department head
• Coordinate and track monthly general talent meetings

Requirements

• Demonstrates good judgment and strong critical thinking skills
• Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience working within a studio, network, agency or production company

The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $55,000 - $240,000.
This range is based on total compensation (vs. only base salary), which is in line with our compensation philosophy.
