Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Admin/Billing Clerk to join our business to support the billing department with the billing processes and other administrative duties.


  • Inform billing team of returns and credits needed.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
  • Cancel sales orders/items and reprints.
  • Produces reports, including zero balance, BOL edits, and open balance tracking.
  • Other duties as assigned, including answering phones, finding certs, ordering office supplies, etc.
  • Satisfies MTR, BOL, and various customer requests.
  • Provide back up and cross train in other departments as needed.
  • Answers and directs incoming calls.
  • Coordinates the BOLS process, including adjustments and updating sales with discrepancies.
  • Complete the processing of work orders.
  • Assist with physical inventory.
  • Works with carriers and RUAN to acquire PODS.
  • Coordinate and expedite inventory adjustments with CT and NJ operations.
  • Complete backorder/short shipment report.
  • Upload MTR’s to Estelplan.
  • Adhere to all company policies/procedures.


Education and Experience


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years previous billing experience preferred


Knowledge/Skills/Competencies


  • Consistently meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with employees and customers
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Computer literate with excel/word proficiency.
