Job Description
Summary:


We seek an Inventory specialist to support our company's warehouse and office operations. You will receive, input, sort, load, and unload products. You will perform various warehouse activities and office clerical duties.

Responsibilities:


  • Monitor office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (including emails, memos, and letters)
  • Organize warehouse space
  • Inspect products for defects and damages
  • Organize stocks and maintain inventory
  • Check, verify, and fill customer invoices
  • Organize contact lists and filing systems
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized daily
  • Help clients and company representatives contact each other
  • Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
  • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
  • Process, package, and ship orders accurately


Requirements:


  • Good practical experience with MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail
  • High school diploma
  • Warehouse experience
  • Significant experience with office management systems and procedures, as well as with office equipment, such as printers
  • Ability to operate hand truck
  • Ability to lift or move products
  • Team player with organizational skills
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task


Pay: $16-$19


Transportation: Not covered, however, free parking available nearby
