Adjunct Professor – Cake Decorating

Provide instruction for the Cake Decorating Certificate Program. Provide strong teaching skills and interact with students to insure understanding of techniques of cake decorating. Maintain and submit required paperwork for each class taught to include roster for attendance, evaluations at end of class, etc. Discuss with students job opportunities within the field of cake decorating.

This position is located on the Harbison Campus in the Corporate and Continuing Education department.

Must have at least three years of experience in a bakery setting, i.e. grocery store, local bakery, or other professional setting. Must demonstrate knowledge of a variety of decorating techniques and actual experience providing items to customers.
