Position Summary
As an Adjunct Professor, you will have the opportunity to teach in various departments, including the Center for Nontraditional Learning (Online), Humanities, Natural Science and Mathematics, Hoff School of Business, School of Education, School of Ministry, and School of Social Sciences. This position offers flexibility, with the possibility of teaching on campus or remotely, based on the department's needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop engaging course schedules and syllabi that promote effective learning.
Understand and address the diverse learning needs of students.
Integrate biblical principles in line with our Statement of Faith.
Design and implement formative and summative assessment methods to evaluate students' progress.
Collaborate closely with the department chair to align instruction with the School of Ministry outcomes.
Qualifications
For undergraduate teaching, a Master's degree in a related field is required.
Doctoral degree is necessary for teaching graduate-level courses.
A deep appreciation for diversity and a global perspective.
Personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a mature Christian faith, and alignment with our Statement of Faith.
Commitment to integrating biblical principles throughout the teaching process.
