Job Description
Adjunct Faculty Position: Coaching Covenant College invites applications for an adjunct professor to teach HWC 255 Principles of Coaching in the fall of 2023. Covenant College is a Christian college emphasizing the liberal arts in the Reformed and Presbyterian tradition. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Teach undergraduate course that provides an introduction to the philosophical and sociological basis for leadership in sports
  • Teach in the context of a Christian perspective
  • Plan lessons and assignments, grade assignments, respond to student inquiries, submit final grades Qualifications:
  • An appreciation and understanding of the mission of Covenant College
  • Master's degree in a closely related field required; Doctoral degree is preferred
