ABOUT THE JOB
As a member of the team, you would provide intensive outpatient level services while representing the values of Polk County Behavioral Health; client focused, trauma informed, integrity, respect and collaboration. Clinicians should possess the ability to provide services to individuals with a variety of SPMI diagnoses at different levels of acuity and will utilize a variety of evidenced-based treatment models and perform a variety of community based treatment services.
Your skills in quick problem solving, time management & communication, crisis support, and advocacy will be instrumental in your success within this role as you partner with your fellow team members, internal PCBH partner programs and other community agencies to facilitate clients’ success in recovery and achievement of their identified treatment goals. If you are passionate about helping others move forward in their journey towards recovery.
BONUS ELIGIBLE
- Licensed candidates may be eligible for an additional 6% pay differential.
- This position eligible for a Commitment Bonus equivalent to 3 months salary with an agreement to stay with Polk County Behavioral Health for a period of at least 24 months.
- Licensed MH providers who are also credentialed as a CADC may be eligible for up to 8% pay differential.

Our Community:
Polk County is located in the Willamette Valley just an hour from the Pacific Coast to the west and an hour from Portland to the north. The population is approximately 87,000 and the county spans about 744 square miles, with two thirds of the western part of the county being forest. National protected areas include the Baskett Slough National Wildlife Refuge and Siuslaw National Forest.

Benefits Overview:

Paid Leave:
- Sick Leave: 8 hours per month (pro-rated for part time) with no maximum accrual.
- Other Leaves: Jury duty, bereavement, military.
- Holidays: A generous number of paid holidays annually. This will vary according to bargaining unit.
- Personal Leave Days: These are floating holidays. The number of Personal Leave Days varies according to bargaining unit.
- Vacation: New full-time employees generally earn 12 vacation days per year; this increases with years of service. Part-time employees earn a pro-rated amount.
