Job Description
Seeking a full time Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper. Job functions include processing of all incoming delivery tickets, balancing and pricing tickets for invoicing, prepare invoicing for customers, assist sales and field staff with customer related items. Individual will be responsible for two to three billing companies. As a candidate gains experience they will be exposed to other "functions" within the AR department, i.e. processing credit cards, preparing quotes/bids for sales, intercompany billing, applying cash receipts ("checks") to open invoices...
The Position Requires The Following
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast pace environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (Some work in Microsoft Access)
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts receivable principles
  • Team player
  • Dependability
  • Ability to work with others in a small office environment
  • Attention to detail
The Company is willing to train a candidate in any of the above functions if needed.
