Your Opportunity:
Taylor Print and Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to provide a full range of AR duties for our Finance Team, located out of either our Duluth, GA, or Fridley, MN, facility. In this position, you will contribute by promoting a positive customer experience through timely and accurate transactional processing and positive customer interactions.
Your Shift:
  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT, dependent on location
Your Responsibilities:
  • Run credit reports to determine credit limits for new customers.
  • Provide accounts receivables status to Finance Manager weekly.
  • Set up new customers in A/R system.
  • Prepare monthly consolidated invoices.
  • Post cash receipts, wires, and/or credit card payments.
  • Upload customer tax exempt certificates into repository.
  • Review status of delinquent accounts and initiate collection action.
  • Investigate all concerns/issues on past due invoices.
  • Know and work toward achieving personal and departmental monthly goals.
  • May facilitate implementation process for consolidated billing per customer requirements.
  • Handle incoming calls from Customers, Sales Representatives, and others promptly.
You Must Have:
  • Two years previous experience working with accounts receivable, collection activity or related field.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and accounting principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to create professional and grammatically correct business correspondence.
  • Advanced Proficiency with Excel including Pivot tables and V-lookup experience.
  • Strong attention to details is critical for this position.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations using decimals and percentages.
