Overview:

Lutron electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Manager

Under the direction of the Corporate Controller, and in close collaboration with the purchasing teams, the Accounts Payable Manager will contribute to building and leading our Accounts Payable teams primarily located in Center Valley, PA but with international team members in Costa Rica, Mexico and China. This management role will be based out of Center Valley, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement efforts that allow for scalability, improved quality and reduced risk to the organization

• Serve as the global point of contact for all AP related topics

• Responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process for the function

• Plan and manage the efficient use of AP team time to achieve department performance metrics, including active balancing and prioritizing workloads.

Qualifications:

• International experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
• BS Degree with 3.00 GPA or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other applicable degrees.
• Accounting Based Certifications, a plus
• Min of 7 years of Accounts Payable experience preferably in manufacturing company with 3-5 years of experience leading teams
• Outstanding communication skills
• Experience leading high performing teams
• Ability to drive change across a complex organization
• Attention to detail
• Experience working across multiple legal entities a plus
