The infrastructure engineering team supports the company's fast growth by building and operating hyper-scale datacenters, managing the life cycle of server fleet, providing cloud solutions, and developing various infrastructure services and making sure they are scalable and are reliable.
Accounts Payable role manages the payment and cost-related operational efforts in the team. Main responsibilities include:

• Lead month-end closing and year-end closing for infrastructure team by inputting, maintaining, updating business information in related platforms
• Payment support:
• Provide support in accounting, audit and tax preparation
• Data Maintenance:
• Support process improvement during the day to day operations
• Report Support:
• Communicate internally and externally to participate in different projects per requests
• Reconcile with external parties on outstanding balance in a timely basis
• Track Payment initiation- payment closure lifecycle and generate reports
• Billing info accuracy, usage comparison, due payment amount accuracy.
• On-time payment per due date set forth in contracts/invoices
• Dispute with the external vendors upon discrepancies
• Maintain the accuracy of historical data and record
• Provide ad hoc reporting by relevant parties before deadline
• Other Support to the team:
• Verify with internal team on different types of invoices
• Implement data entry, validation, and process big volumes data per requests

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving, analytical and time management skills
• Able to multi-task, prioritize projects and meet tight deadlines
• 2 years and above related experiences
• Microsoft Office 365 experience, especially Microsoft Excel strongly preferred
• Commitment to mission-based work, especially in support of people of marginalized identities strongly preferred
• Demonstrated learning orientation and ability to research and resolve issues
• Great communication skills, willing and flexible to work with teammates in different time zones
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to operate with consistency in a fast-paced environment
• Strong self-starter with the ability to fully implement mission-critical processes
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business related major
• Firm understanding of the importance of securely handling highly confidential information
• Experience using web-based systems to enter, process and receive data preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced in managing asset management contractors for daily operational activities
• Experience with data center hardware, including servers and network equipment
• Analytical skills to query data sources and glean insights from complex data
• Knowledge of and experience with regional customs regulations on exports, import experience. Global Trade compliance experience is a plus
• Advanced degree in a technical field or business field

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $76800 - $123000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
