Accounts Payable Analyst Jobs

LaSalle Network is partnering with a client in the consumer services industry who is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team in Salt Lake City, Utah. They are building a network of different companies in HVAC, plumbing and electrical home services, while expanding across the US and focusing on providing different resources.

The Accounts Payable Analyst will be working hybrid in Salt Lake City and is responsible for working on a high volume of invoices as well as reconciliations. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong AP background!

Accounts Payable Analyst Responsibilities

• Reconcile AP general ledger accounts
• Understanding of debits and credits, along with other accounting knowledge
• Maintain accurate filing system
• Coordinate with appropriate business units that parked invoices are posted prior to month end close
• Run reports, including reviewing expense reports and posting to general ledger
• Other duties and projects as assigned
• Ability to handle a high volume of invoices
• Assist with month end closing on occasion
• Process all vendor invoices and vendor credit notes through Sage

Accounts Payable Analyst Requirements

• Excellent Excel skills (PivotTable and VLOOKUPs)
• 3–5 years of experience in the AP space
• Ability to easily manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
• Ability to easily work independently as well as a member of a team
• Excellent written communication skills using letters, email, text, reports and other means
