Key Responsibilities:

• Navigate and manage new software platforms and technologies as our startup grows and evolves
• Work closely with sales and customer support teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
• Manage accounts receivable and streamline collections process for the company
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve cash flow and minimize delinquent accounts
• Communicate with customers regarding their outstanding balances and payment due dates
• Maintain accurate records of all invoices, payments, and collection efforts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivables and collections
• Experience working with accounting software and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to navigate and manage platforms in their infancy
• Ability to work and properly communicate in a remote work environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Associates degree in Finance, Business Administration/Management, Communication, Transportation Logistics, or a related field
• Familiarity in the freight or logistics industry
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
• Familiarity with startup environments and the ability to adapt quickly to change
