Job Description

Accounting Manager (38460)


Our client is a manufacturing organization in the Sauk County area looking for an Accounting Manager. This company is looking for someone with 5+ years’ experience with some in the manufacturing industry, has a “hands-on” type of personality, and has great problem-solving skills. This company offers growth opportunities, a small close-knit team, and variety in the day-to-day. This position is in office.


The Accounting Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversight and ownership of general ledger
  • Assist with the budget process and prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Cost accounting-reviewing production job costing.
  • Keep company in compliance with HR related topics.
  • Overall provide day-to-day financial and general support to this company
  • Complete monthly reconciliations
  • Mange the accounting assistant.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.


The Accounting Manager will possess the following:


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience
  • Highly organized, detailed orientated, and a problem solver
