- Perform related duties as required
- Prepares annually the Service Delivery Reports for programs and updates as contracts change.
- Code payments for Service Fee and Rent payments to be submitted to AR Specialist.
- The collection of backup to assist in monthly cost based billing.
- Assist other members of the Finance Department as required
- Assist in the State monthly billing process after appropriate training.
- Updates and maintains monthly Program files to include performance stats, absences, vacancy's, contract performance, etc.
- Assist in the monthly Service Fee and Rent Invoicing distribution.
- Required: Associate Degree
- Preferred: Two years college with courses in accounting, business or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills essential
