Job Description

We are working with a company that is looking for someone to be part of their growth. This role is good for someone that either has some accounting, bookkeeping, data entry, or any new graduate that needs a start. The key to this hire is someone that has the basic understanding and proper attitude/desire to be part of a growing team.


Responsibilities

  • Code and submit invoices for accounts payable
  • Communicate with team on accounting related functions
  • Assist team with purchasing team
  • Ad hoc projects
  • Report and enter cash receipts


Qualifications

  • Experience in cash application, data entry, or professional office experience
  • Software experience - Especially Excel
