Job Summary: The primary responsibility of the Accounting Assistant is to perform diversified financial and administrative activities as they apply to the accounting functions of OnSite Dealer Solutions. One year of experience in accounting/bookkeeping Professional, well-developed interpersonal and communication skills necessary Strong organizational, prioritization and verbal/written communication skills Proficient at PC accounting, Microsoft Word and Excel The position requires a significant level of interpersonal skills. A significant degree of tact and diplomacy is necessary. This position requires a high level of discretion due to handling sensitive information to process payroll and other benefit program expenses.
