Job Description
KO Business Solutions is proud to be working alongside our client located in Skokie, IL, as they seek to hire an Account Specialist to provide outstanding support and build partnerships with customers. They will assist customers via phone, email, and web. Also, may place orders, update customer accounts, and answer any questions or concerns the customers may have.


Pay rate: $55,000 annually (Based on experience)


Employment Type: Full Time, Contract to Hire


Location: Onsite, Skokie, IL


Work Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm


Responsibilities:


  • Handling customer complaints by uncovering the complaint and deciding on a resolution.
  • Upsell to existing customers by introducing new or unused products.
  • Utilize CRM to document interactions and call summaries, creating tickets and assigning technicians.
  • Cultivate customer loyalty.
  • Assist the Sales Manager to generate sales leads in performing cold calls, sending out marketing materials and creating sample orders.
  • The main role is to provide customer support and build partnerships.
  • Make customer retention calls to focus on buyer relationships and gather feedback.


Skills/Requirements:


  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Being able to receive feedback from customers in a patient and positive manner
  • Time Management
  • Organizing skills
  • Update customer records to keep them current
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Familiar with phone systems, email
  • Ability to answer high volume of calls, emails, and orders daily
  • 3+ years Customer service and sales experience required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
