Establishes and maintains great working relationships with external and internal customers. Answering, researches, and resolving problems experienced by the customer. Focuses on assisting with charge off accounts. Maintains high service satisfaction by following procedures, training, and feedback that is given.. Duties involving customer contact performed primarily through telephone email or mail communication methods.
Basic Qualifications

• Three to four years of experience in clerical and customer service activities
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills/Experience

• In-depth knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area
• Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and typing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service
