THE OPPORTUNITY


TrackStreet is looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients while growing the client relationship. The Account Manager’s role is to manage a book of existing assigned clients, leveraging their unique skill set to retain and grow the relationships through renewals, expansions, upsells, & add-ons with-in this defined book of business.


Account Management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, conducting planned business reviews, meeting minimum retention metrics, preparing sales reports, meeting sales quotas, maintaining & growing recurring revenue. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire client experience.


Ultimately, a successful Account Manager is an essential part of our sales organization keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.


Responsibilities


  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, client stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Demonstrate client service skills by managing and exceeding client expectations as measured by KPIs
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters within the assigned book of business
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Help clients through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings


Qualifications


  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to client needs
  • Experience in eCommerce Software is preferred but not required
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Process-oriented
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Solid experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, HubSpot, Zendesk, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven work experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
  • Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing, and internet technology
  • Outgoing personality that is naturally curious and willing to learn


Compensation


  • Unlimited PTO
  • Generous benefits package
  • $100,000 - $138,000 on target earnings
