Account Manager Jobs

Franklin Printing, based out of Farmington, Maine, is seeking an Account Manager to build and develop customer relationships and sales in Southern Maine. This is a remote position with the ability to work from home. Candidates must reside in Maine.

Requirements of the Account Manager:

• Proven ability to build and nurture customer relationships
• Passion and proficiency with CRM systems and technology
• Success-driven and results-oriented
• Ability to travel and valid driver’s license
• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience managing a territory in a B2B environment

Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

• Use the consultative process to discover and provide customer solutions
• Maintain database of current and prospective customers
• Work collaboratively with dedicated customer service rep
• Attend community marketing and networking events
• Utilize an empathy-based sales approach to maintain and service existing customer-base
• Creatively prospect new customers from Auburn to York County
