Account Managers are tasked with maximizing the partnership between Fandango and our theater circuit partners across their organizations. As the primary representative from Fandango, Account Managers will coordinate between Fandango departments and assist theater management to ensure all communications and initiatives are executed consistently across the respective theatre circuits.


Account Managers are responsible for coordinating all technical and operational activities related to preparing and the ongoing support of Fandango services. Predominantly focusing on theater level operational support functions, ensuring that all systems for movie ticket purchase and delivery are always fully functional.


Job Duties


  • Act as primary contact for all assigned ticketing partner accounts, maintaining a superior level of customer service and support to all partners consistently
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to prepare, present, and implement customized solutions specific to the theatrical industry.
  • Monitor ticketing purchase activity throughout Fandango services and ensure 100% uptime thorough daily testing, front end checks, ongoing monitoring, and effective troubleshooting with internal Network Operations Center and Site Support teams.
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Facilitate weekly and monthly partner meetings
  • Documentation of sales and account management activities into CRM database
  • Project manage rollout of various technical service solutions, new products and features driven from partner innovation
  • Project manage rollout calendar and related technical preparations for onboarding new partners, and or new locations
  • Outside Sales calls to Exhibition partners and prospects
  • Oversee reporting and ticketing dashboards for each partner monthly, identifying opportunities for growth
  • Suggest and implement proactive solutions to support partners and their personnel in the delivery of Fandango services
  • Oversee and coordinate all systems integration efforts for new and existing partners including the development of solutions and ongoing maintenance of existing integration solutions, which connect Fandango to theater’s POS systems
  • Creation of seat maps for reserved seating and specialty auditoriums
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team leads to complete projects or resolve issues
  • Coordinate with partners to enable ticketing through Fandango services. Manage and communicate timeline, execute testing, work with internal teams through to successful launch.
  • Develop process for taking feedback from partners and creating change


Qualifications


Basic Requirements


  • Adaptable and ambitious, enthusiastically take on assignments as needed to support the Team
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, articulate
  • Experience managing key Accounts with a proven track record of success
  • Flexibility, job often requires weekend availability and some travel
  • Must be able to build and deliver PowerPoint presentations
  • Proactive and results-driven, thrives on problem solving
  • Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality
  • Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined at the company’s sole discretion
  • 3+ years of relevant or account management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task, detail oriented and responsive, deadline driven and strong quantitative reasoning skills

Additional Requirements


  • Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
  • This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
  • Must be willing to work in Orlando, FL
  • Some travel will be required
