Guest Relations Customer Service Liaison

We are looking for a Guest Relations Liaison to provide high-quality customer service to our residents of Savannas Park Nursing and Rehab!!! You will address concerns and go the extra mile to make sure our residents are satisfied!
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator and have a postive attitude! You should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for our residents that we serve!
Responsibilities:

• Anticipate resident needs and build rapport with resident
• Record information in the logbook daily
• Attend to all residents and answer their inquiries
• Address residents concerns and escalate to the facility Administrator when needed
• Review admissions, readmissons lists to welcome guests
• Help prepare welcome folders and welcome baskets for all incoming residents
• Provide information about the facility
• Ensure compliance with quality standards

Requirements and skills:

• Computer literacy
• High School dipolma or college degree accepted
• A customer-oriented and professional attitude
• Outstanding communication abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• An outgoing personality
