AMA is seeking a 3D Generalist to support our Multimedia Team at the Advanced Concepts Lab(ACL) at NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia. The ACL provides a full suite of multimedia solutions to NASA Langley from poster and images to photorealistic renderings and animations to Virtual Reality environments to 3D printed models.
The position requires a diverse range of experience to contribute to the planning and implementation of innovative multimedia products. A strong background in all aspects of the graphics development pipeline combined with strong communications and organization skills is required. This position will require on site presence for strong and consistent coordination with the team and customer.
Requirements:

• Strong communications and organization skills
• Demonstrated capabilities through a provided portfolio
• Associate degree in multimedia, arts, graphics, or equivalent
• Ability to work independently or in collaboration with a team

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
• Experience with 3D printing
• Ability to effectively present concepts & ideas
• Experience with Virtual and Augmented Reality
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation tools such as Maya, Modo, Blender
• Ability to create thematic narrative & storyboards
• Proficiency in Adobe Create Cloud tools including Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator
• Experience with gaming engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal)
