The creative designer is responsible for the creative process from inception to execution based on specific request from the Creative Director or Sr Lead Creative Direction.
Top Skills Required

• Responsible for creative based on retail marketing strategies that goes through the lens of the AT&T Purpose and brand guidelines.
• Work independently and take responsibility to dive into the retail stores planograms to understand the scope of work and be able to optimize deliverables.
• Support and develop presentations to executive management with retail creative and project timelines as needed.
• Work in partnership with retail marketing team and other cross-functional teams to conduct end to end project management retail creative and complete projects within allotted timeline.
• Be highly organized, enjoy juggling multiple projects and quick turnaround jobs.
• Be well-versed in all the main Creative Suite or creative tool applications.
• Demonstrate a passion for and knowledge of creative design tools, techniques, and innovation to create the best in-store creative.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Natural media illustration or photography experience is a plus.
• Demonstrate a passion for and knowledge of design and typography, possess a superior work ethic, and be well-versed in all the main Creative Suite applications.
• Must be savvy with ad agency creative directors, art directors and artists to create original artwork.
