Job Description
1st Shift Picker/Packer – $16.50-$17.50/hr


A well-established manufacturing company in West Chester that offers a competitive wage and seeking someone to hire on after the temp-to-hire phase.


Position Details


Now hiring for a picker/packer to start as soon as possible. This is a 1st shift position with the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm, with starting the pay of $16.50-$17.50/hr based on experience.

Responsibilities And Requirements


Job duties include but are not limited to; picking, packing, shipping and receiving of part orders, loading/unloading trucks by forklift, keeping up with part and machine inventory, and keeping the warehouse clean. This position offers competitive pay, training, vacation, company paid benefits, and the ability to grow with a great company.


  • Ability to lift/move 10-30lbs consistently
  • Ability to stand for entire shift
  • Experience with UPS World Ship, and FedEx Ship Manager is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to lift/move 45-50lbs occasionally
  • Microsoft Office experience
