Spears Manufacturing is looking for 1st shift operators and Threading operator. Threading operators run a manual Lathe threading plastic pipe. There is also opportunities to learn how to operate a CNC lathe to thread the pipe as well as cut pipe on a saw. The 1st shift operators rotate through different jobs such as packing, cutting line, and material handling. It doesn’t matter what experience you have or level you are at. We will train you on the various jobs we offer. There are also many opportunities for advancement.
