Provide information to routers regarding equipment constraints, delivery windows and items to be redelivered. Communicate with warehouse management regarding loading issues

Performs emergency aid and rescue activities including administering first aid and providing other assistance as required.

Participates in fire drills, attends classes in firefighting, emergency medical, hazardous materials, and related subjects.

Receives and relays fire calls and alarms. Operates radio and other communication equipment and keeps logs as required.

Participates in the inspection of buildings, hydrants, and other structures in fire prevention programs.

Valid driver's license with 3 years of verifiable driving experience

Install safety posts and rails to secure job sites from hazards

Record inventory and close out job orders on electronic devices

Communicate with dispatch to increase routing efficiencies

Medical Assistant experience/Accredited Medical Asst. program preferred but not required (RMA or CMA)

Knowledge of HEDIS, Medicare Advantage, HIPAA & OSHA, medical coding, medication consolidation, and common diseas

Two years’ experience in office/secretarial work.

Good written and oral communication skills.

Good people skills and ability to engage employees.
