Prior experience using power equipment to safely process freight throughout the facility (current and valid drivers license suffices)

Familiarity working with computer systems and/or RF equipment

Ability to work safely, minding personal and team safety in daily operations

Exceptional organizational, prioritizing, and time management skills

Maintain and turn in all daily and monthly reports required by management

Communicate with management staff and maintain familiarity with customers expectations

A combination of formal education and/or directly related work experience may substitute for the degree.

Sunday - Thursday work week, with Friday and Saturdays off

1st Shift - 7:30 AM until finish (shifts may vary based on work volume)

Complete ownership of production/inventory control, and planning function over a 400+ employee campus.

2+ years of supervisory experience

You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; SQL, Oracle Cloud experience is a plus

Managing and training of new and existing team members.

Developing and managing key performance indicators (KPI's) relating to accurate and timely distribution & receiving.
