Position Overview:

• Work closely with Plant General Manager to determine KPI's, and deliverables.
• Candidate will have strong influence on demand and capacity planning.
• Analyzing all logistics cost including internal storage and freight cost to establish expense and performance improvement goals.
• Leading the Packing and Loading value streams.
• Coordinating with operations to establish processes for delivering continuity of material flow.
• Provide direction and leadership consistent with company and department business plan goals.
• Tracking all performance related statistics (KPIs) for logistics, inventory, packing of bundles, & loading of trucks.
• Complete ownership of production/inventory control, and planning function over a 400+ employee campus.

Requirements:

• Candidate should have a proven track record of improving departmental KPI's/deliverables.
• Bachelor's Degree is required (Logistics and Supply Chain degrees preferred for consideration)
• 3+ years of Materials/Logistics Management experience in a high-speed manufacturing facility.
