Domain Experience : Financial Services ; Experience in mortgage/insurance desirable

Executive communication : Ability to interact with CxO ( CIO, CTO)

Exceptional technical ability, hands-on experience with design, development and implementation of IT systems, and translation of these experiences into consulting solutions.

Serve as part of Bixal’s Executive Leadership team, setting and executing the strategic direction of the organization.

Work with senior leadership in support of business development.

Serve as an advisor to bridge the gap between business problems and technology solutions.

Ensure architectural adherence, quality standards, policies, and technology processes are fully met for all internal and client projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Partner with the marketing and merchandising teams to manage the Product Launch calendar to ensure successful warehouse & production processes.

Maintains strong relationships with all Business Units meeting service level requirements and resolving service delivery issues across the Brand.

3-5 years' experience in E-Commerce Operations, or operationally related field required, including but not exclusively

In Business Systems such as ERPs, WMS, Manufacturing, SC, and Finance tools are preferred.

Extensive experience in scaling E- Commerce, preferably with branded, luxury sites

Interactions, interpreting data, user experience, and design problems

Oversee the management and deployment of device inventory

Participate in budgeting and strategic planning; manages to budget

Experience with EA and ITIL or similar frameworks

Strong presentation skills, the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical people

Set the organization’s technology vision and priorities in alignment with organizational goals, while building a first-class development & IT team

Oversee strategic relationships between engineering and IT resources and external entities (vendors, partners, etc)

Strong organization and project management skills.

Ideal Education, Experience & Abilities for this role:

·Specific experience taking an ALD or CVD product to market

·Direct experience with major customers such as Samsung, Micron, Intel, TSMC, etc.

·Deep understanding of product development and design

·Expertise in process technology applications in areas of thin film deposition (ALD, CVD, LPCVD, PECVD, etc.)

·Willingness to roll-up sleeves to get things done

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Minimum 10 years’ related work experience.

Experience working in the Financial/Banking Industry

Experience in problem solving, including the ability to identify real issues quickly, and act appropriately and decisively.

Experience supervising or managing employees or leading teams.

Experience reviewing requests for proposals, contracts, disclosures, and related documents to ensure compliance.
